Despacio Martinez is a VERY cool house in Colegiales (Enríque Martínez 836) which is opened by the people who live there evey other Friday in order to show arte, theatre and host bands.
The Cervantes Theatre is still funded by the government and as such you can still purchase reasonable and even cheap tickets in order to watch what is being shown there. At present there is a great little piece being shown, which is somewhat of an Argentine theatre classic, called El Conventillo de la Paloma.
Groelandia is a one-man show, written and performed byDamián Dreizik, who also delighted the hearts of many with his cinema performane in the recent Argentine release “Parajos Volando,” with Diego Capusotto.

“Niños del Limbo” is a fairly well delivered production, showing at present at El Camarin de las Musas in Almagro, Buenos Aires. The small cast of seven work for just under an hour to present a simple story about a bombing that goes wrong.
